Made of 245gsm 65/35 Polycotton fabric with EN388: 2003 tested Nylon ballistic material on outside of legs, from ankle to thigh; Reliable protection and functionality; Front zip fly with concealed hook and bar fastening; Waistband with five belt loops; Elastication at both sides of waist for freedom and comfort; 2 side swing pockets and 1 rear jetted hip pocket; Two 5cm width reflective bands on the bottom of each leg to enhance the visibility; Ballistic nylon panels on the outer legs offer maximum protection against glass, tin cans and other dangerous materials; Suitability: Ideal for local authorities and councils, refuse workers, security guards etc.

Garment Wash Instructions:

Maximum washing temperature 40ºC. Normal process and wash as synthetics. No bleaching allowed. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry or wring. Do not dry clean, cold rinse and short spin. No professional dry cleaning in perchloroethylene or hydrocarbons. Do not wash in biological powder. 25 max. wash cycle.

Our Recommendations if printed:

1. Washing

• First Use: Wash the garment before wearing it for the first time.
• Prep: Empty all pockets, close all zippers, and turn the garment inside out.
• Temperature: Wash at 30°C (better for your prints and the environment).
• Sorted: Wash with similar colors and textures, and do not overload the machine.
• Detergents: Use mild detergent only. Do not use bleach or fabric conditioners.

2. Drying & Ironing

• Dry Quickly: Remove from the washer and dry immediately. Do not leave wet garments sitting.
• No Heat: Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
• Ironing: Iron inside out on the lowest heat setting (crucial for printed designs).

Please Note: Failure to follow these care instructions will invalidate your garment's warranty.

Need a hotter wash? If your workwear gets heavily soiled and requires high-temperature washing, we recommend choosing embroidered garments, as they are much more durable than printed alternatives.

Our flat rate delivery cost is £5.95 plus VAT for the mainland of the UK.

If you are only ordering plain items with no customisation, then delivery is 1-3 days.

If you are ordering customised items, or a mixture of plain and customised items, then our normal dispatch time is 5 working days and 2-4 days of delivery thereafter.
