Shipping policy
We offer free delivery across mainland UK if you're order value is over £99 exc VAT.
Our flat rate delivery cost is £8.95 plus VAT for the mainland of the UK.
If you are only ordering plain items with no customisation, then delivery is 1-3 days.
When ordering customised items, or a mixture of plain and customised items, our normal delivery time is approximately 5 working days from when we begin production or sooner.

All refunds (Including out of stock or discontinued items, and shipping costs) will be subject up to a 3% surcharge to cover card transaction fees.
