Details for Morf® original

Multi-purpose use. Breathable fabric. Machine washable/non iron. Seam free for comfort. Please note, the print area needs to be considered. Whilst you can print the whole piece of material, the way you wear the product means you may wish to mark your print area out only. Cover the whole product with Teflon whilst printing. Can be Transfer Printed, HTV Printed, Printable Media, sublimated (Whites). Whilst these products can be printed with a vast array of HTV and printable medias we recommend the following products. RF015 Universal HTV at 130 degrees for 5 seconds - MT107/117 123 HTC for 120 degrees for 8 seconds - RF025 Universal Printable Media at 130 degrees for 5 seconds - The Magic Touch wow transfer paper or Tone on light colours - Sublimation (cover the whole mask with sub paper and press around 190 for 1 minute.)(Light Colours Only). Higher temperatures may cause heat warping and marks where the transfer has been pressed.

Garment Wash Instructions:

Machine wash warm. Do not iron. Do not dry clean

Our Recommendations if printed:

1. Washing

  • First Use: Wash the garment before wearing it for the first time.
  • Prep: Empty all pockets, close all zippers, and turn the garment inside out.
  • Temperature: Wash at 30°C (better for your prints and the environment).
  • Sorted: Wash with similar colors and textures, and do not overload the machine.
  • Detergents: Use mild detergent only. Do not use bleach or fabric conditioners.

2. Drying & Ironing

  • Dry Quickly: Remove from the washer and dry immediately. Do not leave wet garments sitting.
  • No Heat: Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
  • Ironing: Iron inside out on the lowest heat setting (crucial for printed designs).

Please Note: Failure to follow these care instructions will invalidate your garment's warranty.

Need a hotter wash? If your workwear gets heavily soiled and requires high-temperature washing, we recommend choosing embroidered garments, as they are much more durable than printed alternatives.

We offer free delivery across mainland UK if you're order value is over £99 exc VAT, or if you are ordering a garment pack or workwear bundle.

Our flat rate delivery cost is £5.95 plus VAT for the mainland of the UK.

If you are only ordering plain items with no customisation, then delivery is 1-3 days.

If you are ordering customised items, or a mixture of plain and customised items, then our normal dispatch time is 5 working days and 2-4 days of delivery thereafter.
