We got recommended to use Print lab from various friends and James didn’t disappoint, he was super helpful from the start. Asked us in for fitting and to show different quality of garments. We chose what we wanted got the logo over to him which he sorted as we didn’t have the correct file and we still had the uniform within 5 days. Fit and quality on point, would highly recommend James from Print lab and we will be using again.

Excellent service from James and the team at Print Lab. Ordered a workwear bundle for our company (polos, sweatshirts, gilets and jackets) with embroidery, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. What stood out was the attention to detail. James proactively flagged that the original royal blue thread might not stand out well on the navy and purple garments, and he sent through test stitch photos with an alternative lighter blue option before going ahead. He also went the extra mile by checking colour adjustments for the print version and converting CMYK values to make sure the proofs were accurate. Communication was prompt and professional throughout, and the final quality of the garments and embroidery is excellent. Great to find a supplier who genuinely cares about getting it right rather than just pushing the order through. Highly recommended — will definitely be back for future orders.
