The PW3 Hi-vis hybrid baffle jacket is designed with the wearer’s comfort and protection in mind. Made from durable, water-resistant ripstop fabric, it features an ergonomic design with stretch panels for enhanced mobility. This jacket includes padded sections to keep the body warm, long double-pull side-entry pockets for easy access, even when wearing a harness, with elasticated cuffs, an extended back length and contrast panels for added dirt protection.

Durable, breathable, windproof and water-resistant fabric. Extremely water-resistant, PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco fabric finish – water beads away from the fabric surface. Body-mapped design helps balance insulation and increased freedom of movement. Inner soft Insulatex™ lining traps heat fast, keeping the wearer warm and protected from the elements. Acti-Reach™ innovative one-panel construction increases arm and torso mobility when reaching, turning or twisting. Innovative stretch panelling in key movement areas provides excellent comfort and flexibility. Zipped chest pocket. One side zip pocket for secure storage. Elasticated cuffs for a secure fit. Chin guard for enhanced protection. Raglan sleeves for a comfort fit. Heat-applied segmented reflective tape for added visibility. Three pockets for ample storage. 40+ UPF rated fabric to block 98% of UV rays. Certified to EN ISO 20471 after 25 washes. CE certified. EN ISO 20471 Class 2. RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2 (Orange only).

Washing and Care
Garment Wash Instructions:
Wash at 40˚C. Drip dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
Our Recommendations if printed:
1. Washing
- First Use: Wash the garment before wearing it for the first time.
- Prep: Empty all pockets, close all zippers, and turn the garment inside out.
- Temperature: Wash at 30°C (better for your prints and the environment).
- Sorted: Wash with similar colors and textures, and do not overload the machine.
- Detergents: Use mild detergent only. Do not use bleach or fabric conditioners.
2. Drying & Ironing
- Dry Quickly: Remove from the washer and dry immediately. Do not leave wet garments sitting.
- No Heat: Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
- Ironing: Iron inside out on the lowest heat setting (crucial for printed designs).
Please Note: Failure to follow these care instructions will invalidate your garment's warranty.
Need a hotter wash? If your workwear gets heavily soiled and requires high-temperature washing, we recommend choosing embroidered garments, as they are much more durable than printed alternatives.

Our flat rate delivery cost is £8.95 plus VAT for the mainland of the UK.
If you are only ordering plain items with no customisation, then delivery is 1-3 days.
